To book a field trip:

1. Click the calendar below to search by date. 
2. Dates with availability will show a  RESERVE  button next to the field trip title.  Click to choose your field trip title and grade.
3. Select how you'd like to check out (guest, login, etc),
4. Add additional dates if needed, by clicking the  RESERVE  button for additional dates
5. Click the  CHECKOUT  button when all desired dates have been selected.
6. Complete the registration fields.
7. Check your inbox for a confirmation email

General Information:​

• Most programs accommodate up to 80 students. 
• Field trip descriptions can be found here. 
• Starting in Fall 2026, a minimum of 20 students (or a $120 program fee) is required to run a field trip. If your group is smaller, we encourage you to join our waitlist—we’ll do our best to combine your group with another to make the experience possible.

Spring 2026 Registration (March 30- May 22)- Opened August 18, 2025 at 8 am (FULL - waitlist here - Spring only)

Fall 2026 Registration (Sept. 8 - Nov. 6) - Opens March 30, 2026 at 8 am
