DESCRIPTION:Squish!  Let’s go on A Wetland Walk (By: Nancy Luenn)- will it be frozen, muddy, wet, or somewhere in between?  We will explore along the edge of the wetland to discover what is living and growing there in the early spring. Also be sure to wear clothing appropriate for the weather - we will be in damp conditions the whole program time and be sure to wear boots or other footwear that will get wet and muddy.   \n  \n  \n  \n Come prepared to be outside for the whole program time. A jacket, boots, and water bottle are recommended. \n  \n  \n  \n What is Tales & Trails? \n  \n  \n Children and their caregiver(s) gather for a short story that incites curiosity before exploring different locations around Merry Lea's property. Expect to hear a tale & hike a trail while discovering the natural wonders around you together. This is a 1.5 hour monthly program designed for children ages 3-5, with younger siblings welcome to join, led by a Merry Lea educator.   \n  \n  \n  \n Registration is not required for this event series: you’re welcome to drop in without registering.
