Due to a lack of registrations, this program has been cancelled. We anticipate having an abbreviated version of this program at Nature Fest (May 12 & 13). We also have many other fantastic family programs and events coming soon, click here for more information.  

Welcome spring with this creative workshop for families, celebrating natures’ vibrant colors.  Explore different eggs of nature, and learn about the various colors, shapes, and sizes that eggs are in nature.  Join us to dye eggs from natural sources such as fruits, vegetables, herbs, teas and coffee.  Set up your own egg dyeing project that will be complete in 24-48 hours, and leave with the knowledge to do it yourself.  Registration cost includes all material fees.

Adult registrations are welcome, but please note that the program is geared for families with children.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations for Merry Lea's programs can fill quickly, and quality experiences require the help of staff and advance preparation. A last minute cancellation is disruptive and may prevent a wait-listed participant from coming.

If you cancel a program that involves Merry Lea educators, you will be refunded:

  • A full refund if participant cancels one week prior to a program
  • A 50% refund if participant cancels from six days to 24 hours before a program
  • No refund if participant cancels less than 24 hours prior to a program

If Merry Lea cancels a program (due to dangerous weather, low enrollment or unforeseen emergencies) a full refund will be issued.
*Please note: refunds are issued through the Goshen College accounting office, and may take up to 3 weeks to process.
