Part 2 of 3 - July 13: "Wadin' and Watercolors"
Join us again this year for Merry Lea Nature Explorers! Elementary-aged students can join us to get outside and engage in the habitats and landscapes across Merry Lea. Come explore three new ecosystems and discover multiple animal and plant residents through games, activities and trail investigations.
Please note that this is part 2 of 3 in the Nature Explorers Series.
*Nature Explorers is designed as a drop-off program. We do have public events that are available for the entire family to enjoy if desired.

June 15: Hikin' in your Boots
Pull on your hiking boots and join us on the shores of many of Merry Lea’s aquatic ecosystems – vernal pond, wetland, and Bear Lake!
July 13: Wadin' and Watercolors
Get immersed in a wetland ecosystem while learning about the small animals that call it home. Create your own artistic masterpiece to take home with you!
August 10: Rockin' with Rocks
Explore our gravel pit, hike along a glacier-made hill, jump on our bog, and rock out with rocks on this hands-on hike.
