Learn how to grow delicious & nutritious food indoors! Join Farm Manager, Kaeli Evans, to discover just how easy it is to grow microgreens in the comfort of your own home. All you need is a sunny window or source of consistent lighting and daily watering. In as little as a week, you can begin harvesting your first microgreens! 

Come discover the benefits of microgreens, how to harvest them, and their various uses. We will dive into the details on how to get started, as well as some potential troubleshooting issues. Kaeli will share some resources and recommendations so you are able to purchase additional supplies and materials at home. Each participant will take home a tray of freshly planted microgreens to finish growing at home, as well as a second batch of soil and seeds to create a second round of microgreens after harvesting your first round.
