Remember all those seeds you helped collect in the fall last year? We're going to get them ON.THE.GROUND. One method of enhancing a planted prairie involves spreading supplemental seed after a prescribed fire. Thanks to the folks who were able to help with prescribed fire, we have a couple areas that we can follow-up with seeding this spring. We'll talk about the different techniques and timing for seeding and what we can hope to see happen with this approach! 

We will be working off trail, so please wear sturdy shoes and long pants. Insect/tick repellent, long sleeves, and work/garden gloves are HIGHLY recommended. Please also bring drinking water and anything else you think you may need during this activity.
