Join us again this year for Merry Lea Nature Explorers! Elementary-aged students can join us to get outside and engage in the habitats and landscapes across Merry Lea. Come explore new ecosystems and uncover the animal and plant residents through games, activities and trail investigations.
June's Wetlands & Watercolors program will get students immersed in a wetland ecosystem while learning about the small animals and creatures that call it home. Create your own artistic masterpiece with watercolors to take with you!

July 9: Flower Power
Explore the world of flowers at Merry Lea during July's Flower Power program! Students will investigate the different types of flowers that are found throughout various ecosystems, dissect a flower to learn about its anatomy and make flower art.
August 6: Farm Frenzy
Join us for a day at Merry Lea’s teaching farm during August's Farm Frenzy program! We will explore the many different parts of the farm including compost, animals, and the garden. Afterwards, we will play a game and talk about how humans and farms act like ecosystems.
